Vice President of FINANCE
The Vice President of Finance will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our organization, with a strong emphasis on fostering a collaborative and people-centric approach. In addition to overseeing planning, accounting, cash and risk management, and reporting, this role extends beyond traditional financial responsibilities.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will not only collaborate closely with the CEO to provide crucial insights and strategic direction but also champion a vibrant and inclusive organizational culture. You will also be working externally with Audit, Tax, Bankers, Investors, and others to drive the business forward. This position requires the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment with initiative and timeliness.
Responsibilities
- Â Act as Elevate’s financial and strategic business representative in partnership with our private equity firm, investors, bankers, employees, and stakeholders
- Create and ensure integrity of financial statements with help from outsourced accounting firm
- Help drive financial discipline in the organization by assisting with ROI analyses, business case development and preparation
- Oversee all budget, forecasting, revenue modeling, and sales operations
- Represent the company in a potential transaction or liquidity event
- Drive management and tracking of the capitalization table
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Director, Senior Director, or VP of Finance
- Strong financial background including either a CPA certification, CMA certification or MBA
- Knowledge and experience with the semiconductor manufacturing process and related cost accounting
- Ability to work and manage in a small ambiguous environment
- Experience working with engineers in highly technical environments
- Proven ability to build process and structure as opposed to just being able to manage and administer
- Must be able to present complex financial information to diverse audiences in a simple manner
- Collegial, can work with others well in a diverse workplace
