• 8+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field, or combination equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of California HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of organizational strategy development.
  • Ability to handle sensitive documents and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience working with legal professionals on employment and visa processing.
  • Proficient in benefits management, including health care and retirement plans.
  • Equally adept at advising, thinking strategically, and executing. Exhibits a roll-up-your-sleeves demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
